Samuel's practice encompasses the full breadth of real property: the acquisition and sale of residential, commercial, industrial, recreational and hotel property; project development; residential and commercial condominiums; timeshare development; and the financing of commercial, residential, timeshare and recreational properties.
He is also active in leasing, small business affairs and wills and estates, and serves as an Ontario New Home Warranty Program Escrow Agent — transactional counsel whose files span the life of a property and the people who own it.
One of the founding members of the firm, Samuel has spent decades providing proven solutions to clients in the real estate industry. Called to the Ontario bar in 1979, he leads the firm today as Managing Partner.
