Michael is a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, senior executives, professionals and their families, delivering sophisticated legal counsel tailored to complex business and private client matters. With over two decades of combined corporate and legal work experience, his practice encompasses corporate governance and compliance, commercial acquisitions and divestitures, and strategic estate planning.
Before joining KSI Law, he held senior leadership roles across private practice, in-house counsel and Bay Street — including Managing Director of Bluecrest Law, a Markham boutique serving entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals and their families across Toronto and the GTA; General Counsel to a U.S.-based fintech company; and Managing Lawyer of the healthcare professionals practice group at a prominent Toronto firm.
