Louis N. Florence

Louis is a member of the Real Estate Group. His practice is focused on the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of commercial real estate, and on advising businesses through the challenges and opportunities that growth and success present. He listens intently, and his clients — successful individuals and businesses — rely on him to chart the best steps forward.

An experienced negotiator, he structures and implements a wide variety of commercial transactions, including business acquisitions and sales.

His practice extends to wills and estates: advising entrepreneurs and their families on succession, estate and trust planning — with a particular focus on preventing the misunderstandings among beneficiaries that lead to litigation in the administration of estates.
