Lionel Polard
PROFILE

Lionel has done every job in the industry he now serves. He started in 1977 as a part time collector with Canadian Bonded Credit, managed collections in Edmonton, Vancouver and Toronto, and moved into lending as a senior lender with credit unions in Saskatchewan.

In 1988 he co founded ARC Accounts Recovery Corp in Victoria with his brother Maurice, and in 1990 established Envoy Bailiffs as President. Certified as a court bailiff through the Justice Institute of BC in 1992, he grew the business, won a court contract and later sold it. He joined KSI Law in 2021 to own one thing: the experience every client has with the firm.
