Creditor-side counsel from first demand to recovery — litigation and mortgage enforcement handled in-house, file by file, at volume.
Kadré is in-house counsel at KSI Law, practising at the centre of the firm’s Kreditor Services mandate: creditor-side litigation, debt recovery and mortgage enforcement. He carries files through their full life — demand, default, proceedings, judgment and enforcement — for the lenders and institutional creditors the firm serves nationwide.
His practice pairs courtroom advocacy with the operational discipline recovery work demands: high-volume portfolios run to deadline, security enforced correctly the first time, and every step documented so the recovery holds up.
Kadré came to the bar by way of the process itself: a B.A.A. in Paralegal Studies from Humber College before his LL.B. at the University of Leicester — a grounding in civil procedure that shows in how his files run.
Based at the firm’s Markham headquarters, he works alongside the Kreditor Services group’s national recovery network — the point where the firm’s data-driven ksi.P³ approach meets a lawyer in the courtroom.
