Heather brings over 40 years of experience in the Credit and Collection industry, having held a wide range of roles throughout her career, including Administration, Collections, Trace, Team Lead, Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President of Client Care, and now her current position as Manager, Quality Assurance – Senior Resolutions Specialist at ksi.law.
In her role, Heather is responsible for ensuring that all teams adhere to the highest professional standards while meeting the expectations of clients. She is dedicated to delivering training programs that ensure team members have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
Heather’s expertise spans operations, quality control, and process workflow optimization. She has extensive experience working on numerous collection platforms and has been specializing in ACE, Collections Management Software, for over 10 years. Throughout her career, Heather has successfully led teams at national agencies, driving efficiency and quality in client care.
