Lionel Polard

With a career spanning over four decades, Lionel began his journey in the collections industry in 1977 as a part-time collector with Canadian Bonded Credit. His path took him across Canada, from Edmonton to Vancouver, and then to Toronto, where he served as Collection Manager until 1983. Seeking further opportunities, Lionel transitioned into the financial sector, taking a position with a Credit Union in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, before moving to Saskatoon Teachers Credit Union as a senior lender.

In 1988, Lionel co-founded ARC Accounts Recovery Corp with his brother Maurice in Victoria. Driven by client demand, they expanded their offerings in 1990, establishing Envoy Bailiffs, where Lionel was named President. As a certified court bailiff through the Justice Institute of BC in 1992, Lionel played a pivotal role in growing the business and obtaining a court contract, which he later sold.

In 2021, Lionel joined ksi.law as Chief Xperience Officer, bringing a wealth of experience in client management, strategic growth, and operational leadership. Lionel’s passion for enhancing client experiences and driving innovation in service delivery aligns with ksi.law’s vision for the future. He is excited about the company’s growth and is committed to ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.
