Collections Specialist
ksi.law is seeking a Collections Specialist for our Markham location to play a major role in KSI efforts to contact consumers owing debt and negotiate timely payment, while accurately documenting all related activities to our firm and client systems, following prescribed guidelines. 
 
The Collections Specialist must be an excellent communicator and provide information to consumers in a prompt, friendly, efficient and cost-effective manner. 
 
ksi.law is seeking a Paralegal for our Markham location to join our collection and debt recovery team. 
 
This position offers exposure to a wide range of recovery litigation, including bankruptcy and insolvency, secured and unsecured debt enforcement, fraud matters, and other civil litigation, providing an opportunity to develop expertise in various practice areas.
